Simply Stonecot

Simply Stonecot was a thought for a long time.  It was an "unpublished" site I had made various times and deleted.  It was something I dreamed about but wondered if there was a way to really share my thoughts without offending someone.

However, then it dawned on me one day.  Simply Stonecot  really was not a new idea, I have been carrying it around with me since before I could remember.  I had started writing at a young age, and would get lost in journal entries, creative writing assignments,  and essentially found without writing I lacked a voice.

So, here I am years later,  and although I have found my voice, I still struggle with demons from my past, the demands of motherhood,  the anxieties of trying to  multi task, and the list goes on,  So here you will find my honest truths, and my efforts to live simply.  

Stonecot is the name of my home,  an old farm on top of a hill that houses my family, and our stories.  A place where I explore recipes, and have the privilege of being a mother, and wife.
