Peyton's Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

2 Eggs (Pittstown Poultry if you are local)

2 Cups Old Fashion Oats

1 1/4 tsp Baking Powder

1/2 Brown Sugar

1 cup flour

1 Dash of Cinnamon

1/2 Cup of Sugar

1 Dash of Vanilla Extract

1 1/2 sticks of Butter or 1 Cup of Applesauce

As Many Raisins As You Like

-Mix together

-Place small mounds on parchment paper

-Bake for 20 min. at 375
